Who we are

DerekSol is a design and development studio based in Lahore, Pakistan. For privacy questions, contact thedereksol@gmail.com.

When you contact us

We use the name, contact details and project information you choose to share to respond, understand your requirements and prepare a proposal. Please do not include passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Services used

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Enquiries sent through our contact form are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and email sent to our Gmail address is handled by Google. These providers may process information in other countries.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see, in aggregate, which pages are read and which countries and device types visitors use. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not build a profile of individual visitors.

Cookies and external links

This site does not set cookies and does not use advertising trackers. Links to project websites and LinkedIn take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

We aim to delete enquiries that do not become projects within six months after the last conversation, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain them. Project correspondence may need to be kept for delivery and record-keeping. You can contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, or object to its use.

Updates

This notice will be updated if our contact or data-handling services change.
