An Urdu-first website and publishing system for an Islamic education institute.
The project
Markaz Ibn Masood al-Islami needed a home online for its programmes, lessons and articles, in Urdu, Arabic and English.
The challenge
Staff publish material that mixes Urdu and Arabic. They needed a simple way to prepare, review and publish it without technical help.
What we did
We designed an Urdu-first website with dedicated typefaces for mixed-language reading, and built a custom Urdu admin panel for the team. We also moved the hosting, domain and email, and look after the site as it grows.
What’s next
Full Arabic and English interfaces, online payments, a learning platform and a library system.
